Martina Martinez Treviño
SCHOLARSHIP Chair

I’ve been an HWNT-FW member since 2013 serving on the Education, Scholarship and ArtSí committees. Since I was elected in June, I get to be a part of 2 awesome boards!
Although I was born in Mexico, I consider Fort Worth my hometown – having lived here for more than 50 years.
I have been married for 39 years to a saint with whom I co-own a photo/video company, Altré MEDIA.
Together, we have 3 adult sons and 3 loveable dogs.
I graduated from UNT in 2010 with a double major in Journalism and Spanish, going back to college after my sons finished high school.
Throughout my life I’ve had variety of careers from bookkeeper to Realtor to educator to journalist and have owned multiple small businesses. Yes, I do have ADD. I love traveling, gardening, listening to books and watching live music.
A fun fact about me is that I filmed an instructional video on the roof of the George Bush Presidential Library having to carry my gear up a 90 degree rebar access ladder.
